Ergonomics 101

Last year, Apple recommended the correct way to position the display – turns out, that is directed connected with how ergonomically aware one needs to remain.

The key is to adjust the height of display by raising or lowering work surface. Forearms, lower back, shoulders, and feet – every aspect is important in achieving the desirable posture for all – especially the techies who must sit in front of their desk for several hours a day.
